Think of it like having a personal trainer whenever works best for you, and wherever you like to get your workouts done.
I provide personalized training plans for moms that cater to your unique body, goals, abilities, lifestyle, and equipment.
Before designing your program we’ll meet virtually to talk about what it is you need, your goals and timeframe, and perform a Fitness Assessment.
Your program is delivered via our training app, True Coach, where you’ll be able to access workouts, watch demo videos, send me your workout results, and so much more.
I check in with clients 5 days per week, monitoring progress, watching your exercise videos, providing feedback on form, and adjusting your program as you go to keep you safe and progressing. We also have weekly written check-ins for nutrition and lifestyle, and monthly Zoom calls for added accountability & guidance.
You should feel supported, inspired, and understood; I’m with you every step of the way to make sure you’re ENJOYING the process! This service has all the support and expertise of a regular in-person trainer (which can run up to $70 per half hour session), but with more built-in flexibility to suit your busy lifestyle.
